It’s important to educate students about good nutrition, exercise and sun protection. We have included lesson pages and quizzes designed to address health and nutrition issues which will help your students not only to “Get Fit,” but to “Stay Fit” and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The printer-friendly PDF pages are presented in our popular reproducible lesson page format. Topics include fitness, nutrition, sleep and sun protection. These pages may be used as handouts for your students. We actively encourage you to print and photocopy freely any material that is of use to you or your students. We hope the information we provided can be used to open a free-flowing discussion, which will educate and help your students to understand the issues presented.
